Cons
The company has one individual who works in an office in Libertyville, IL. Every single other employee is in India. They hired a few people in the U.S., including an Operations Manager who they completely used and abused. They used her to get KPIs, SLAs, clients, SOPs and trainings in place and then fired her. They had her hire on some of her previous employees from Manpower. Got a ton of information and sourcing done and then fired all of them and are now back to using all offshore workers. They also say it is woman owned. It is the wife of the man who runs the business on the woman owned business certificate. Yes, she has no part in the business at all. Literally zero part. You cannot even find either of them on LinkedIn or any other professional website.
