      Pros

      One needs to first here the need of the client. Acknowledge there need. Fit them with what we have that will meet their needs. If they have fears eliminate those fears and have them leave happy with their purchase.

      Cons

      When they believe they have a better deal else where and no matter how much you show them the right numbers they walk.
