They don't value developers unless they have a dependency on you in a project. Once the project is done, you are no longer important. They have salary issues such as underpayment and delayed payments. According to their commitment, you should receive your payment between the 7th and 10th of the month, but you will surely be paid after the 11th, and sometimes it extends until the end of the month. They never provide the discussed increment, and they even delay giving it to you. They don't miss a chance to reduce your current salary either.
