Pros
Uniform Provided Wages on time
Cons
Constantly being called on days off to work, and being abused and talked down too if you cannot do it. Was actually called one morning just after getting home from a 12 hour night shift and asked to go straight into cover another 8 hour shift in a place I had never worked and when refused was hung up on straight away. Roster being given too the day before your working week starts, absolutely no way to plan your life around your working hours. Could have 60 hours one week and 10 the following. Toxic atmosphere in the main office (in Cork) always being bullied and sneered at when making very basic requests to improve your working conditions. Highly incompetent staff working in rostering and human resources in particular, seem completely incapable of doing there job and from what I asked had no qualifications or adequate training for their particular role. Seemed that the company doesn't want to pay for qualified, experienced personnel who would have to much self respect and experience to put up with their bullying and would call them out on their incompetence.
