Pros
Nothing. The only thing is, it is easy to be reached via metro, auto from kailash colony metro will take some 50 rupees to drop you near office (so what! That should not be very important criteria).
Cons
There are many: 1. Confused management 2. Chronic salary delays. You need to remind management every time that employees needs to be paid in liew of the work they do. Management also feels that paying employees salaries is a kind of generosity. No clue where this principle is taught. 3. Management always follows-up hard for work and dodges those questions related to salaries. Going back to the pros part I wrote, in such situation, even that 50 rupees to be paid to auto will feel too costly. It's a pure one sided affair as management will always have an upper hand over employees. 4. Empathy is totally missing. Just for the sake of it, "we are a family" is over used. 5. No long term vision. An organization is built by its employees and if employees feel bullied over by these cheap tactics of getting the work done at any cost, it's bound to doom. 6. The last, beware! If one is too desperate to earn a living, can give a try here.
