Sometimes the hours are long and stressful

The company is fairly small and so everyone knows each other on a personal level. This made it so easy to go to work everyday because everyone became like a family. They don't overwork you and they set realistic expectations. No sells, no cold calls. Amazing customer base.

Not a lot of room to advance. Little to no recognition.
