The technology is innovative and genuinely helps people. Most of the day-to-day team members are hardworking, passionate, and supportive. If you care about what you’re marketing or selling, it’s easy to feel good about the product.
Cons
Leadership is a revolving door of bad decisions. Direction changes constantly, with no clear strategy—just reactive pivots that create confusion and burnout. Feedback from employees is ignored or dismissed. Promotions go to the loudest voices, not the most competent. There’s no transparency, no accountability, and no trust from the top down.
