      Decent working hours… that’s it

      Rotten to the core genuinely the worst place I have ever work at in my working life. Had to take 2 weeks off with work related anxiety which was unpaid. Refused to pay my bonus when I left which I was more than entitled to as took no time off during the quarter and did overtime and worked a Saturday and did driving to pharmacy to pick up prescriptions without any reimbursement of any fuel. Absolute farce! Most negative working environment I have worked in. Management spoke to you like rubbish. KEEP WELL CLEAR. Would give zero stars if I could

      Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We employ a lot of people in the UK so, if what you say is true, we wouldn't have a workforce at all. Re the bonus, if someone resigns we are unable to pay bonus but this is to be expected in any company. Our environment isn't for everyone, it suits people who are have a positive work ethic and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Company takes pride in fostering an exceptional company culture and great benefits. Overall a great company!

      Working at Synexus US doesn't come with specific downsides, but it's more about offering some advise. The company is on a rapid growth trajectory, which means that being adaptable and flexible is crucial. Every day is a "school day". Embracing change is not just encouraged but essential in this dynamic environment.
