Pros
There were opportunities to do overtime. The company does allow for upward movement in positions. It is fast paced. The company does try to keep the work force diverse. There are opportunities to transfer to different locations and also to travel.
Cons
The company switched their HR and IT to a third party company based outside the US (India I believe). HR is now handled by a call center. Management at this location was more interested in the management pay than being a good manager and assisting the employees. She played favorites allowing some employees to watch movies on their phones at work, take extra long breaks, shop online during work, and leave early. While other employees were so overworked they didn't take lunch breaks and would end up working past closing.
