      Company provides kinds of training to employee, you have opportunities to rotate to work as other functional role.

      Cons

      Poor management and do not put more efforts on compliance. Lower salaries in the same industry for promoter team.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
