      The company invest a lot on employees; best leadership trainings, great multicultural environment, nice people to work with. CEO is approachable and always and open to feedback and ideas.

      Cons

      It's a club of friends; is you are "in" the circle, you will up fast, if not, just enjoy while you learn and then go elsewhere!

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
