Great company, lean workforce - People and Organizational Development Analyst Syngenta Employee Review

Company chooses to focus on development opportunities for those already in leadership positions, but does not offer much for "lower level" employees (the individual contributors). Outsourcing of some business processes have reduced visibility and control. It has also made departments very lean and at times overworked. Hard to deviate from day-to-day job duties to work on potentially beneficial projects or getting ahead on anything.
