Pros
Syngenta is undergoing historic change but the change is putting the business on the right track for success. New leadership, a new vision and a well documented way forward has increased morale within the organization.
Cons
Not really a con as much as just an observation. Many of the departments are flat which leaves very tight windows for professional development or advancement. This means the company is running lean which is good for the bottom line but with very little turnover in the business there aren't as many opportunities for advancement.
