      Pros

      The people at the company truly want what's best for their customers. There are a few managers in the company that truly care about career/professional development and want you (and the company to succeed).

      Cons

      The regional management has a hard time accepting change or embracing new ideas. It isn't as welcoming of an environment for the younger generation, although hopefully that changes.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
