      Established business with well defined roles, responsibilities, and processes.

      Cons

      A lot of career useless people work at Syngenta - they've been around long enough that they can't get fired for anything but they stick around and do the bare minimum to get their annual 2% salary increase.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
