Vacation policy is a positive.
Cons
Do very little to develop employees or give them any opportunity to move up. Talk a lot about good workplace culture but it’s all talk and truth is it’s very clique based and absolutely full of nepotism. Many managers have zero ability to manage motivate their employees.
