Pros
Global company with opportunities to work on many projects and pick what you like when given the choice Most of the management is laid back and approachable Work with scientific mindset even though involves manufacturing Considering other production environments, much better Good career progression if you focus and take matters in your hands Transparent with policies
Cons
Sometimes too hesitant to try new things stating if it works don't fix it. Interviews are too outdated - need to get a good talent pool. Most people have moved to new roles. and documentation is not good. have to learn everything by yourself from scratch. Working with corporate location engineers in USGR is a nightmare. Half of them don't know what they're doing and always focus on drama when visiting here. Manager says old team 4-5 years back was best and new hires are not knowledgeable. This shifts work load on production for process engineer work.
