      Poor management, no management, lack of direction, lack of adults in the room, managers of convenience - whatever is easiest to tell you at that moment (global or local) that will get you to stop asking

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
