Pros
Very international. Does a lot of good for global food security. Financially stable, despite frequent comments to the contrary (still makes over USD 1 billion of profit per year).
Cons
General lack of vision. "There is no plan" is a sentiment often heard. A lot of people stay more or less for life, which means there are fewer career opportunities.
