- Fired due to the Ansys acquisition without any care: Those individuals affected had 1:1 meetings with the manager’s manager and a HR person. One hour after the meeting, we lost all access to our accounts. Our direct manager never wrote to us or informed us about anything (despite us exceeding expectations in our yearly reviews). - I NEVER met anyone from my team in person (everyone was working remotely, and my manager made no effort at all to get us together in Lyon). - Promotions are not given based on achievements (only on how long you’ve been at the company).
