Pros
Synopsys is better than most companies i have heard or read about. It has IP which are used by most companies right now. Which means our skills are super transferable. Work life balance is better than my previous company and other companies
Cons
There are alignment issues from the director level . Project planning needs to be better to reduce our workload.
