      Pros

      Work Life Balance. Good work and no red tape. Very well run. Management has good vision and executes on the plan with clock work precision.

      Cons

      With a lot of products Silo effect is there. Communication across the company is very less and the focus is too much on the customer and there is no employee development plan.
