Location is close to Caltrain, office space is modern, near ballpark & waterfront. Snacks & drinks. Some smart people but PhDs make for big egos.
Cons
Badly run organization that has no desire to change. Not at all focused on employees. You do well if you follow commands & orders to the letter whether it’s the right thing to do for the company or not. Don’t want feedback so only apply here if you do well pandering to egos.

Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
