      Many talented and nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Very low quality of management. Management is controlled by all Taiwanese people. Ethnic discrimination. Daily work harassment. Impossible to take vacation. Good people are leaving.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
