Good work culture and great for NCGs to get started and learn about chip design flow and related tools and methodologies in the few initial years.
Cons
They want to hire young talent from the industry but, at the same time want to pay lowest salary based on the industry standards. Once you're there 2-3 years, your growth will start stalling.
