Very sick mentality of managers especially at the Bangalore office - Design Engineer Synopsys Employee Review

Where to begin. Managers behave like they own you. They have no boundaries. They will call you to office on your day off, and if you don't comply your review will be hit. They have zero ethics. They will pass sexist comments and abuses and tell its all in good humor. I caught one manager chewing tobacco inside the office on a daily basis. No retention at all. Good engineers leave regularly and are replaced with new folks who come from the same geographical region as the management, allowing them easy course of control and manipulation.
