Pros
Stable company with steady growth. Good work life balance. Management generally knows what they are doing. Good culture.
Cons
Lately all the good things have been thrown out of the window in order to achieve growth. We hope it's only temporary but it as been like this for a year now. Long hours and meager bonus were the rule for 2020. Management cannot blame Covid-19 for this, it has not decreased our productivity.
