Pros
Reasonably stable company and good place to join if you already have become a manager. Support staff like HR etc are very knowledgeable and helpful especially people like Anshuman Roy.
Cons
1. Main work is maintainance or implementation. 2. New ideas are never coming out of India 3. The number of patents from India is very poor 4. Knowledge of people about how a software should must and could be designed in 21 century is limited. There is a strong difference between building software and writing lines and lines of code with several switches and bugs. 5. The area requires people to understand electrical engineering and convert it into software. Unfortunately there arent any people in India who are excellent in both the aspect and can provide technical leadership. 6. Hence good people should avoid joining this company in India.
