Pros
Very few as I can remember of. But still , they are - 1. The company is pretty stable, almost zero chances of lay off's. 2. Many people takes leaves for long time, but I never got chance of taking too leaves for too long.
Cons
1. Horrible work life balance if you are working in India. They expect you to work on weekends and also late nights just to ensure a bug is fixed. 2. The code base is pathetic, people are just interested in getting quick fixes instead of good quality code. 3. People here just blame you if you could not deliver a project on time, and senior guys dont even care of planning. 4. They expect you to take ownership just from the 2nd month you join and they dont even care if you are prepared to take or not. 5. Some managers track you like anything and could call you to get a thing done even when you are in leave or in weekends. 6. The technology which are they are working on is so outdated and is nothing relevant to the present day. 7. Compensation is very less compared to others in the industry for freshers, you can only get increment when you resign!
