Management is trying cover-up their issues - Applications Engineer Synopsys Employee Review

I worked almost 4 years in this company. But my manager always try to convince me that I'm getting the biggest offer every year. But when I asked my colleagues they have the same offer. Manager things that lies can cover their actions. They create policies every time when they want win in an argument. They never showed us any policy document. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how dedicated you to your work.
