Pros
Great visionary founders and exec management. Excellent sales team drives the revenue and creates success. Good Engineering execution.
Cons
Not a great place for people. Recognition is capricious, more political than performance based. Seems to be little connection between performance and who gets promoted. Saw many top performers and some very long-term employees let go in favor of lower paid employees.
