Pros
- Managers are polite - Good teammates and supportive teams. - Manageable work load - Promotions are on time - Internal job switch is possible and easy.
Cons
- Salary should be revised. Especially for existing employees. It makes a feel of unsatisfaction. - Employer part of PF goes from the employee's salary. - No food and own canteen. Sodexo is not sufficient. This matters for a bachelor.
