1. Heavy work pressure 2. Needs to work 16x7 for months together without break 3. Accepting too many projects without sufficient resources, which creates pressure on every Employee 4. No Recognition 5. Every Holiday, Festival and Recharge days are only for name sake. No actual implementation.
