Pros
Unlike most of Taiwan company, you can leave office at 6:00 PM everyday. So that you can rush to kindergarten. No one will ask you to stay later! After Covid-19 pandemic, it is easy to ask to WFH.
Cons
Salary is slightly less than other Taiwan company in electronics industry, such as TSMC and MediaTek. But you don't need to stay at company late. Salary is slightly less than Google. But it is slightly cheaper to live in Hsinchu. (Hoogle is not within the scope of discussion.)
