      Pros

      toxic and aggressive culture in some BUs.

      Cons

      Some BUs 95% employee are Indian. Some BUs 95% employee are asian. If you are an asian in a 95% Indian group, you are almost certain the hire and fire target. They do "quiet cutting" (secret layoff) every quarter.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
