No personal gain, work is limited to a specific domain, not recommend to work more than 1-2 yrs after graduation. Compensation is very low compared to industry standard. Work life balance is not good, Facilities are not good compared to other IT companies, Management is bit racist, hiring not talented people from same ethnic group. No transparency on decisions
