Synopsys is a period of transformation... but not because it needs to go from bad to good. But because its proactively looking to go from great to great n+1. It's an exciting place to be!
Cons
It is a company that has a lot of long tenured people, so sometimes change is hard. But we are slowly getting there and new energy at the leadership level is helping to do so.
