      Pros

      Guaranteed hours and upfront management style. 401k matching is great. The Management Is congenial and nice while being straightforward. No nights.

      Cons

      There is very little flexibility for parents. Expensive health benefits. Lots of gossip and clicks. Managers change often so there are lots of changes in expectations
