Nothing to mention gives a job and experience that's it. Needy candidate might take the job but won't last for long.

No work-life balance or peaceful environment.

New office is awesome. Whiteboard painted walls, conference rooms with latest technology. Management is very conducive. Considers you as part of family. Always willing to help you when you are in need.

New office is far from my home.
