Very positive experience - Software Engineer Sypht Employee Review

I was hired as a software intern in 2018 when Sypht was a recently formed company. I had completed 2 other internships at Australian companies prior to my internship at Sypht. Sypht offered the best learning experience, coworkers, and leadership by far. Everyone on the team is friendly and always eager to help you learn about their area of expertise. One thing I really appreciated is that everyone gets their say, even the interns. All the employees are really smart and the culture is casual and friendly. Lead data scientist, CTO, and lead software engineer were great to learn from and were always willing to give up their time to teach me something new or explain something I didn't understand.
