Pros

Lots of great people work there, company has a way of recruiting great employees. Benefits are really good and relatively inexpensive, decent PTO and many departments are flexible. Able to work from home...

Cons

Able to work from home...in addition to your regular hours. In a nutshell, it's a job in a town with a crappy economy. They pay as little as possible for most positions and there is no set raise schedule (in other words there are no raises). No work-life balance, middle management chokes on an "atta boy". The CEO is only concerned with profit and will do anything to get his numbers, despite a 20% attrition rate. Gets great talent but can't keep them more than a year or two. It's sad because there was potential to this company and great talent but it's being wasted.

Pros

From greatness to deep descent toward failure. Some few remaining people try to hold what used to be a strong company together. The board is pretty decent and may be the only hope. Maybe they'll eventually reach out to the people that helped build the company to greatness that have since been eradicated. There's always hope until it shutters.

Cons

The CEO is NOT Greg Lowe. That's interesting that two CEOs have run the company since and nothing gets updated so they don't have to take responsibility. Greg Lowe presided over the most profitable years in the company history. The CEO has changed twice since and the slaughter of good people to bring in opportunists ruined the company. Several key people continue to work in terrible ways for their own benefit, and have destroyed trust. There is no open door, that leads to retaliation and removal, often upper management blatantly says awful things about good people. Gossip and blame, deflecting failure onto former employees or others that endure and suffer. Great strides have been completely undone and mass turnover has led to a culture of trying to hide or escape.
