      Quarterly meetings in good places (Paid) Great Team Great founders

      Cons

      Administration is confused about people and randomly laid off people instead of addressing internal issues. Pay for your own food when living outside of the city/country for quarterly meetings. You're expected to do much more than your regular job but what exactly, nobody knows.

      - Smartest people I've ever worked with - Cutting edge of AI - Team is super driven and have big dreams to upend an entire industry - Company is distributed, allowing people to work from different locations, but really does everything in their power to foster a strong culture

      Cons

      - It's a really hard-working place, I don't think anyone works less than 50-60 hours a week. Not compatible with a 9-to-5 approach
