This is such a toxic workplace. They don't care about you, only about how they look.
The manager had good intentions but was clearly not trained enough to guide a team, and the workload kept piling up to an insane level that drained everyone around me. Career advancement felt like a myth, no matter how much effort you put in. It became obvious that raises only happened when someone threatened to leave, which said everything about how little they valued people who stayed loyal.
On top of that, employees were stretched thin, and the burnout was real. Upper management stayed completely out of reach, and any concerns we raised were blatantly ignored as if acknowledging them would require too much effort. Work-life balance was pitched as a priority, yet the pressure and constant catch-up made it impossible to enjoy a single day without feeling guilty for stepping away. It got to a point where the stress felt baked into the culture, and no one seemed surprised anymore.
If you are looking for stability or real development, this place will just leave you frustrated and drained.
