Pros

Great accounts, culture with lots of activities and minimal turnover. The company makes an effort to reward hard work with fun.

Cons

If you don't fully participate in the cult you will be ostracized and pay is mediocre. One of the senior leaders is a leader, the other makes people uncomfortable.

Never felt guilty asking for help/guidance from coworkers - truly a friendly and helpful atmosphere within the departments.

Cons

Sometimes, the sites you’re sent to are not the most comfortable work environment.

Pros

In my 6+ years here, I haven’t felt excluded or ostracized in any way. I’m convinced that the leadership care about their people. When the pandemic first hit, the entire C-suite took pay cuts so that the rest of us could keep afloat. That speaks volumes about how they prioritize their employees. I started out as a field technician and they provided numerous opportunities for me to gain exposure to new and advanced systems. Which is how I ended up with this current position. It would take a lot for me to leave this company.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive but I understand that they’re not a big company (yet).
