      5Hs culture makes employee stay and attracts new people join. Management really lend a helping hand to staff when help needed.

      Cons

      Some positions missing successor, no backup when certain staff on leave/resign. 5Hs culture sometime used in wrong way and keep some under performed staff continue work in company. Capable staff left due to imbalance workload shared between the team.

      Big Dreams, Small Details: Boss love to talk big lah, like planning a blockbuster movie. But the script? Err, maybe still in draft. Honeymoon Then Meh: Start lah, feel like family, all warm and cozy. Then some managers reveal their “extra character,” like plot twist in drama

      Cons

      Wanna shine? No need super skills, just know how to make boss laugh. Talent? Nice to have, but charm better lah. Work Hard, Wallet Soft: They give you mountain of tasks, but pay like pancake—flat lah. Job secure? More like daily surprise party sia.
