Staff do not last at Systal Technology Solutions due to appalling middle management that are poor communicators and do not write anything down and then sack staff or they leave when they realise just how bad this company is! Emails are sent to all technical staff on mass with a view that someone will respond! Managers and their inexperienced sidekicks will conduct short meetings standing up in the middle of customers works restaurant rather than in a closed room! Lack of formal processes with on-line tools impossible to access with no help even when you request it.
