Poor leadership and management. Employees are hot potatoed around and have no working relationship with any management. The company has one PM, used to have multiple. Generally headquarters staff is unhelpful and does not respond in a time sensitive way or doesn't respond at all. Annual reviews are a joke, they don't know what you do at work and arbitrarily fill out a form to "check a box". There is no growth potential there and the company has steadily gone down hill for the last several years. Their leadership is typically characterized as hotheaded, unconcerned and disliked amongst staff. Used to be a good company with good leaders, it has run aground.
