Not good for the carrier. No KiwiSaver, No Salary increments, Fewer benefits (actually no benefits), Lots of manual work, Staff need to look after building lights and toilets also. Really bad. Few People of the company (CEO, GM, HO...) shares big increments. Summary, not treated well for subordinates. SASIT look after more than 30 companies and some times they lied to them and told that they do have enough staff to look after the system but the actual scenario is totally different. Some HO and senior members acting as army soldiers.
