Great co-workers, excellent location in-town Portland, huge client base, face paced managed services environment. Nice company perks, local sports tickets and golf membership.
Cons
Company is setup like a sales organization with engineering as a commodity. High turnover rate of engineers, expected after-hours of work. Horrible on-call period. High amount of entrenched Senior Engineers with little to no room for advancement. Low raises.
