Pros
The right long term opportunity at a great client site. Salary's great for the market. Support staff is extremely helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. The account manager makes it a point to communicate frequently and at the same time letting me do my job for the client without too much admin overhead.
Cons
Health coverage and time off. Healthcare coverage for my family is a huge expense per pay and does not cover as much as it could: I still have to pay a lot out of pocket for what the plan does not cover. Time off is limited. 2 wks is std for the industry I suppose, but tough to plan around. For example, there's no time off for jury duty until after 2 years. I had to take time out of my 2 weeks off when I was called. All in all the salary doesn't quite offset as much as I had expected. I would put these are 2 big expenses in the con column and would not make longer term employment tenable.
